In late 2010, Landser Books was founded by the military artist Stephen Andrew with the promise of high quality lavishly illustrated publications, well researched, encompassing new up to date information and ultimately fresh in their design showing the illustration plates to maximum effect.

Previous to setting up Landser Books, Stephen Andrew’s military artwork has been published internationally in military history books for well known publishing companies. His speciality and main interest is Wehrmacht and Axis troops of WW2; with over thirty titles to his name. He is also an avid reader and collector of military books, furthermore with this experience of illustrating and writing, he has incorporated this knowledge into creating an exceptional reference book.
